Now-a-days he comes in the program “Gallan Te Geet” on D.D. Punjabi.

Another aspect of his personality is that he is a man of literary tastes.He is the author of a Punjabi Novel named ‘Greeting Card’ published in 1982.His another novel ‘Mein Kiwen Likhan’ published in 1986 in Punjabi language.A book named ‘ Cho Dian Shallan’ contains collection of some of his poems.Many of his poems have also been published in various popular news papers and magazines. ‘ Sailab’ magazine has published a ‘ Vishesh Ank’ particularly regarding him along with his photographs. The newspapers ‘Nawan Zamana’ and ‘Punjabi Tribune’ have also published various articles about Raghbir Singh Terkiana commented upon by some other writers.

He regularly contributed numerous articles in Punjabi language on legal and other social topics in various news papers particularly “Ajit Akhbaar” which is read by lacs of Punjabi’s throughout the world. A special column of Ajit Akhbar was given to him for many years for publishing articles ‘KANUNI- NUKTEY’ on every Sunday. It has positive effect on society and helps in gradual transformation of society .He has in his possession hundreds of letters of appreciation written to him by his fans, readers and viewers.

He conducts the stage nicely and anchors the functions beautifully punctuated by apt poetical ‘Anecdotes’. He is the Convener of Zila Lekhak Manch-Hoshiarpur comprising of poets, writers, Professors, Teachers, Advocates, Doctors etc who are its members. It is worth mentioning here that an Annual All India Mushiara is held in three languages in the memory of his Professor/Teacher, namely, late Prof. Mohan Singh Aujala. Every year Prof. Mohan Singh Aujla Award is given to an outstanding poet or writer. Writers and poets from other states of India and abroad come to participate in that popular annual Mushiara.These Mushiaras and functions are well represented and fully covered by reporters of various newspapers and T. V. Channels.

All India Radio Jalandhar has broadcasts many programs of Mr.Terkiana on legal hints.‘ Punjab radio London’broadcast his Punjabi poems live.

A tele film was also made on his life and achievements which was telecast by D D Pubjabi Jalandhar in the programe ‘Sakhshiyat’ .An important interview was recorded on the life of Mr. Terkiana by the ‘Punjab Channel’ recorded at Mohali which was subsequatly telecast in many countries.
